This 2nd floor studio/apartment is located within a new building in the heart of Gueliz in Marrakech. It is very close to a wealth of cafes, restaurants, shops, banks and a supermarket for all your everyday needs. It is ideally situated for all the travel networks as it is only 15 minutes to the airport, a 10 minute walk to the Train Station and in 5 minutes you can be in the heart of the city (Jemaa el Fna) by taxi. This area also has an excellent bus service and for 3.50dhs you can be in the centre of town in 5 minutes. (Bus number 1 and 16)
The property comprises of a lounge complete with 2 large sofa beds, so that it can accommodate up to 4 people should you wish to. The American style kitchen comes well equipped with the essentials including a microwave. There is a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes that leads to a balcony. There is a bathroom with separate shower, sink and WC. In addition there is a beautiful indoor swimming pool and a small gym at your disposal, so that you can unwind after a long day round the Souks or sightseeing. There is also 24 hour security for the building so you can relax in your apartment. We can also offer advice on the different excursions and activities that this city has to offer and book them for you should you wish.
