This apartment is located in the smart area of Gueliz in Marrakech. From here you are ideally situated to explore all the amazing places that Marrakech has to offer. You are also close to all the travel networks, a 15 minute journey will take you to the Airport, a 10 minute walk and you are at the Train station and a 5 minute bus journey on the Number 1 or 16 bus will take you right into the heart of the city and for only 3.50dhs. It is also convenient because here you are close to a wealth of excellent local amenities. There are cafes, shops, banks and a supermarket just around the corner.
Located on the 1st floor of a new building the apartment has an entrance lobby that leads to a spacious and well furnished lounge. There are 2 sofa beds here which allow you to accommodate up to 4 people should you want to. There is also a balcony from which you can enjoy the warm Moroccan sun. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and has a small dining table with chairs. There is 1 double bedroom complete with fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a sink, shower and WC. The apartment has the use of an indoor swimming pool, children’s pool and a gym, so that you can unwind after a long day round the Souks or sightseeing. In addition there is 24 hour security for the building so you can relax in your apartment. We can also offer advice on the different excursions and activities that this city has to offer and book them for you should you wish.
